I began my Model UN journey as a 13-year-old freshman, eventually earning a spot on the competitive travel team and forming a defining partnership with my co-instructor, Ethan. Over my final two years of high school, I placed at nearly every competition, culminating in the Award of Excellence at NHSMUN in New York City. My journey came full circle in college when I was selected to chair at NHSMUN, leading sessions in association with the UN headquarters. Today, Ethan and I have built this course to provide the exact framework and roadmap we wish we had when we first started.
ETHAN WERSTLER
As a passionate Model UN coach and political professional, I draw on real-world experience to prepare thousands of students for the world's most elite conferences. My journey spans from serving as a high school Head Delegate to competing in college and now coaching professionally. I deeply value this educational simulation and am driven by a genuine love for teaching its nuances. To me, Model UN is more than a competition; it is a vital training ground that equips young leaders with the diplomacy and communication skills needed to succeed in the real world.
